Honey mustard is where a gentle condiment meets a high-FODMAP sweetener. Plain mustard is mild and low in FODMAPs, but the honey blended into it is high in excess fructose, which pushes the whole sauce into high-FODMAP territory and makes it a common IBS trigger.
