Cannellini beans are the creamy white Italian kidney bean at the heart of dishes like pasta e fagioli and Tuscan ribollita. Their one real drawback is FODMAPs: they are very high in galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), so a normal serving reliably produces gas and bloating and sits poorly with SIBO.
