Getting started

What to expect when you begin your Triggerbites journal.

Who is Triggerbites for?

Triggerbites is for anyone trying to understand recurring symptoms or make more sense of a chronic condition. Food, routines, sleep, stress, medicines and supplements can all be part of the picture. It makes keeping a useful food and wellness diary feel manageable—not like another job—and helps you spot patterns across your days that can be hard to see on your own.

Do I have to log everything?

No. More consistent context can make patterns clearer, but partial logging is still useful. Talk through the parts of your day you remember and add more detail only when it matters to you.

How can I journal my day?

You can voice-record your day, type a note or add a photo. Triggerbites turns the note into structured diary details while keeping your original journal entry alongside them.

What if I forget what I ate?

That is normal. Add what you remember, use a photo when you have one, or describe the meal in broad terms. Triggerbites is about useful patterns over time, not perfect records.

Can I import an old food or symptom diary?

Yes. You can photograph handwritten journals, upload PDFs or import CSV files from other apps. Triggerbites structures the entries so your existing history can become part of your journal.

Is Triggerbites available in other languages?

Yes. Triggerbites supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Polish and Chinese.
