What to know about cranberry
Cranberries are high in salicylates, one of the more salicylate-rich berries, so they are a common trigger for salicylate sensitivity, and cranberry juice concentrates that load further. The upside is real too: cranberry is strongly anti-inflammatory and only moderate FODMAP as fresh fruit, while the dried, sweetened version is the higher-FODMAP, higher-sugar form to watch.
