A turmeric latte, or golden milk, is not one ingredient but a stack of them, and the grades follow the stack rather than the turmeric. Lactose comes in at D, high, and it is the single biggest number in the cup: the drink is mostly hot milk. Salicylates land at C because the load accumulates, with turmeric graded D on its own page and cinnamon, ginger and black pepper each adding to the total before the first sip. Overall FODMAPs sit at C, and excess fructose also reaches C once honey or syrup goes in. Against that, the reasons people drink it hold up: caffeine is graded A, genuinely none, and the drink is graded anti inflammatory, which is more than most things in a cafe can claim.
