Whipped cream is dairy cream that has been aerated and usually sweetened, so its triggers are the milk ones: dairy protein (casein and whey) plus moderate lactose.
The airy texture and added sugar make it feel light, but a dessert-sized dollop or a swirl from an aerosol can still delivers enough milk protein and lactose to set off a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance.
